The local government along with the strategic action security firm signs security contracts

The local government ministry has signed security contracts with strategic action security firm for the ten administrative regions. Minister Ganga Persaud said this signals government’s commitment to protecting the state’s assets.
Proprietor of strategic action security limited, Richard Kanhai noted that his firm is prepared to provide security services second to none.
The contract is worth some 1.1 billion dollars and the contractual guidelines stipulate that the firm will only be paid for services rendered.
The contractual agreement will become effective from March 1 and will expire in February, 2013.
