Government is taking a zero-tolerance approach towards businessmen who may attempt to rip-off consumers during the festive season. This is according to acting Minister of Tourism, Industry and Commerce, Irfaan Ali who has issued a stern warning.

The minister maintains that there is a steady supply of produce, especially meat and eggs on the market. However, during the festive season the price of eggs usually sky rockets because of the demand, as well as for meat.
