Guyana Goldfields incorporated on Friday donated 20 million dollars to several Non Governmental Organisations, across Guyana as part of its holiday children need assistance and development initiative.

The Canadian-Owned company has undertaken numerous projects to sustain development in Guyana through corporate social responsibility over the past 16 years.

Company manager Ayaana Caldeira said this is a new beginning for the company.

Some of the NGOs that benefit are the Ameriandian People`s Association, Berbice Anjuman Orphanage, Caria Caria Development council and Red Cross children convalescent home.
